      2. Some of the other authors have sent screenshots, and it is there, but it’s hard to find. Apparently Amazon is often like that. It takes a while for things to be searchable. All I can suggest is to wait a bit, ot order from the publisher. Delivery might be expensive though, I don’t know.

    2. Hello John. Apparently the book is available through amazon.com but I don’t have a link as it doesn’t show up for me. You’d have to do a search. Sorry I can’t point you straight there!

    1. It is in theory, but there are issues with Amazon. In the UK they seem to be able to find the links to .com but from France I can’t access much. I don’t know why that is, but possibly Trump and Brexit. I can give you this link, the only one I can get, to the Kindle edition though for me it says it’s not available for purchase.       Otherwise the publisher will ship to the US.
